Any odd or unique girls names?
Q. I have heard these over the years.. ...for girls...Topanga, Scout, Harlee,Dorrie, Lyric & Porcia ...for boys...Noble, Ory, Tabor, Talbot, Carmine & Truce How about you?>=) oh,thanks- j m ...No where in my post does it say I am going to name my children these names,it simply asks for odd names people have heard,now do you get it?Geez man,read the question right will ya?No need to get nasty over a silly question!>=)

Girls~ Twyla, Merica, Romy, Rumor, Dayla, Chandler, mica, Reien (rain), Chase, Karma, Coral, Adaline, Avery, Fawn, Faline, Belva, Colby, Sage, Lake, Larkin, Dylan, jori, Fallon, Boys~ Treven, Chance, Red, Brock, River, Brodie, Basin, Darrin, Dallon, Masson, Jayden, Caleb, Cord, Gray, Corbin, Landon, Bostin, Lane, Briar, Shade, Steller, I could probably go on for days, LOL. I made a huge list of baby names while I was prego. It had to be at least 30 pages. I hate bed rest!!! LOL

Q. I love history, and enjoy discovering names that were used in various cultures and time periods. That being said, I've compiled a list of names taken from Ancient Rome. Antonia Caledonia (though I think only of the famous hunt) Bellona (an inauspicious name for a child) Camilla (though I do like Cornelia) Laelia Ceres (I'm not fond of either) Domitia Lucia Marcella (neither is for me) Venita Octavia (I like this one) Natalia Pomona Porcia (I don't care for either) Silvia (My favorite girl's name!) Vesta Maximillian (I like Arrian, but it's a bit too similar to Aryan) Atticus (great name) Burrus (neither is for me. Burrus makes me think of burrows, Crispus is too close to "crispy".)
